We are looking for a dynamic individual to be our General Manager. You will be responsible for the oversight of our office, and administration work relating to our office, staff and retail activities, helping us move forward into the next stage of our development. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will:
- Carry out general management tasks to ensure the smooth running of the charity.
- Take the lead in all issues relating to HR, with the support of our HR consultants.
- Support the Finance Manager in the oversight of the financial management of the charity.
- Take the lead in the review, editing and writing of all policies relating to the work of Global Care.
- Contribute to the spiritual life of the staff group and represent the charity at external events.
